1. How to Start a Return

2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Non-returnable items include:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-refundable" at checkout.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings, swimwear, or beauty products if the seal is broken).
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. In these cases, Lunexis will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a free replacement.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
- Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Most banks take 10 business days to post the refund to your statement.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order has likely entered our fulfillment process and must be handled as a standard return once it arrives.
